About the Grant Agency of the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra
The Grant Agency of SPU in Nitra (GA SUA) supports the creative scientific, development and research level of the university, its priority directions and trends of the European research area. It is a support mechanism for the involvement of young researchers in scientific activities. University teachers and researchers who have not reached the age of 40 at the time of submitting the application and have also obtained the scientific rank of PhD no later than five years before submitting the grant application can apply for a grant. Students at the 3rd level of study can also submit a grant application. Applications are evaluated by independent evaluators, and based on the results of the evaluation, grants are awarded to partially or fully cover the financial expenses of scientific projects. A scientific project can be planned for a period of 3 years. All relevant documents and current information are published on the GA SUA website.
