COVIMO project focused on virtual mobility

The Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra, Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Sciences, is currently solving the international project Erasmus + KA2 Strategic partnerships called Pandemic COVID-19 "Opens an opportunity" for the transition to new and more integrative internationalization through virtual mobility - COVIMO (project number 2020-1-CZ01- KA226-HE-094453).

The project is coordinated by the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague. The project partners are In addition to the SUA in Nitra, other members of the CASEE: University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences (BOKU), Austria; University of Sarajevo (UNSA), Bosnia and Herzegovina; University of Zagreb (UNIZG), Croatia; Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences (MATE), Hungary; State Agrarian University of Moldova (SAUM), Moldova; Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) Poland and University of Ljubljana (UNI-LJ), Slovenia.

As Prof. A. Kolesárová, the coordinator of the COVIMO project at SUA informed, the aim is to develop an international manual of examples of portable best practices, scenarios of reactions minimizing the effects of various events on education, training materials for students and staff that will allow them to better adapt to online education and make better use of online learning tools, virtual reality for implementation online student and staff mobility, which will be experimentally tested in the CASEE international joint master's degree programme "Danube AgriFood Master - Sustainability in Agriculture, Food Production and Food Technologies in the Danube Region" (DAFM).

SUA is the coordinator of dissemination activities within the project and also participates in all other project activities.
