The next two days of the meeting took place under the leadership of prof. Ing. Pavol Schwarcz, PhD., who is the coordinator of the whole consortium. They focused on practical issues of project implementation. The partners discussed their tasks in individual work packages, the possibilities of unifying the usual approaches at partner universities, as well as the most appropriate procedures for the implementation of joint activities. Another important issue was the possibility of implementing other project activities that will contribute to the sustainability of the established Alliance. The discussion also included the financial and administrative rules of the program, which are necessary for the successful implementation of the project.

The project of European universities, which the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra, as the only one in Slovakia, coordinates within the given scheme, started to be implemented on November 1, 2020. It will take three years.
