The Strategic plan of the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra for 2022 – 2028 is a strategic document for activities and development that are in line with the university tasks, mission, and values for the next period.
The plan expresses the position and identity of SUA, defines the vision and mission of the university`s strategic goals, measures and tools to achieve them for individual activities of the university and its components. The plan mainly concerns the activities of the university in the main mission - education, science, research and transfer of knowledge into practice, international relations, internationalization and consultancy and activities fulfilling the third role of the university as key areas. It is complemented by social care for students and employees and areas supporting the achievement of the objectives and tasks of the main activities. An equally important area is the ehnahcement and development of the university's own property and its components.
The SUA Strategic plan defines the following strategic areas:
- quality assurance and human resources development,
- internationalization,
- diversity and accessibility,
- employability of graduates, social role and image of SUA,
- relevant and high-quality research, development and innovation,
- efficient financing and infrastructure development.
