The Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra, Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Sciences, is currently solving the international project Erasmus + KA2 Strategic partnerships called Pandemic COVID-19 "Opens an opportunity" for the transition to new and more integrative internationalization through virtual mobility - COVIMO (project number 2020-1-CZ01- KA226-HE-094453).

SUA became a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Slovakia

At the end of February 2021, the Board of Directors of the American Chamber of Commerce in the Slovak Republic (AOK) approved the application of the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra for membership in this prestigious association. The ratification process was preceded by the successful cooperation of the AOK with the Faculty of Economics and Management (FEM).

QS World University Ranking - logo

For the first time, the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra was included in one of the most prestigious rankings of world universities: QS World University Ranking. In the edition for 2022, it was placed in the shared 1001st - 1200th position.

SUA successfully presented  at the jubilee tenth year of the All-Slovak Field Days

SUA in Nitra is traditionally a co-organizer of the All-Slovak Field Days exhibition, organized by Profi Press, s.r.o., a publishing house of the “Roľnícke noviny“. The university also successfully presented itself at the tenth year, which took place on June 8-9 on the plots of AGRO Division Selice in the Šaľa district.

From the EIT Food RIS Fellowships online workshop

As part of the EIT Food Hub in Slovakia, an online workshop of EIT Food RIS Fellowships was held on May 27 under the auspices of the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Sciences of the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra for registered students and graduates from Slovakia and the Czech Republic applying for internships in top European companies focused on the agro-sector and the food system.
