The Ministry of Education, Research, Development and Youth of the Slovak Republic approved the expansion of the accredited educational program Arboristry in the management and maintenance of green spaces by the module Planting trees and shrubs.
The SUA University Farm and the editors of the magazine Naše pole organized a technical seminar on September 19 in Chateau Appony in Oponice, entitled Technical and economic possibilities of using irrigation and water retention measures.
The total breeding value of the sows of the basic herd in the SUA University Farm greatly exceeds the results achieved in breeding farms in the Slovak Republic.
