SUA has a new professor. The President of the Slovak Republic handed over the appointment decree to Monika Božiková from the Faculty of Engineering

Professor Monika Božiková from the Institute of Electrical Engineering, Automation, Informatics and Physics of the Faculty of Engineering of SUA also took over the appointment decree in the field of mechanization of agricultural and forestry production.
During his address to the newly appointed professors, the President stated that the title of professor not only expresses a high level of professional skills, but also represents moral and human qualities that co-create personality profiles. Also, that it is a significant milestone in their personal and professional lives.
"You represent various technical and natural science fields, but also the fields of medicine, law and criminology or linguistics and literature. However, you are united by a common denominator - and that is your mission to pass on your knowledge and experience to the next generations," the president noted. According to him, however, their mission does not end only in university lecture halls. "The results of your work, as well as the actions of your authorities, are important for the entire society - both professional and lay," he addressed the new university professors.
