SUA Ranked Among Slovakia’s Top Universities for Graduate Employability

The ranking is based on an analysis of 17,855 CVs submitted by university graduates and measures the number of times employers viewed graduates’ profiles during 2025. SUA has therefore maintained its strong position from the previous year.
According to SUA Rector Klaudia Halászová, the result confirms that the university is moving in the right direction. “We are very pleased by the strong interest employers show in our graduates. It demonstrates that the changes implemented at the university in recent years are delivering tangible results,” she said.
The university has undertaken a comprehensive revision of its study programmes, developing their content in close cooperation with employers, professional associations, and industry partners. This approach ensures that graduates acquire the knowledge and skills required by today’s labour market.
SUA will continue to strengthen this practice-oriented approach. From the next academic year, the university will introduce additional professionally oriented study programmes developed in partnership with industry and designed to address current market needs.
The ranking confirms that SUA graduates are highly valued by employers and well prepared for successful careers across a range of sectors.
