Drive4SIFood, focused on research into sustainable and innovative foods. Its goal was to expand knowledge in the field of the development of high-quality, safe and innovative foods and their subsequent environmental and energy processing through research.

"It is focused on healthy foods, which deals comprehensively from the soil to the input material of plant and animal origin, the development of new foods, their analysis up to the finalization of the product and its subsequent verification. Together with our partners, we achieved significant results in the project, patents and utility models were filed," informed the director of the AgroBioTech Research Center, Lucia Gabríny.
Apart from AgroBioTech, all faculties of SUA participated in the project. A Food Incubator was also built, which creates space for pilot testing of products and strengthens cooperation with the private sector. We will provide more detailed information about the Food Incubator later.
