Téma: Spatiotemporal expression of estrogen receptors in the developing chicken stomach. Estrogens influence gastrointestinal motility, yet their signaling pathways in the avian digestive tract remain largely unexplored. This lecture will present immunohistochemical evidence of estrogen receptor β and G protein-coupled estrogen receptor distribution in the chicken stomach during embryonic and perihatching stages, highlighting potential developmental sensitivity to endogenous and environmental estrogens. The results provide new insight into the maturation of estrogen-responsive signaling in the avian gastrointestinal system.
